Delightful as an aperitif accompanied by tomato and basil bruschetta, fresh pecorino cheese or mozzarella, at table we suggest serving it with asparagus risotto, fettuccini with butter and sage, gnocchi "alla romana", spaghetti in a tuna or tomato sauce, chicken or aubergines (eggplant) stuffed with mozzarella and tomato.

Fermented in French oak barriques and aged for 9 months in the same cask. A rich gold in colour, it has an elegant and complex nose and subtle woody flavours: white fruits, citrus, warm butter and hazelnut. Perfect with roast duck, pappardelle in a wild boar sauce, onion soup, Tuscan ribollita, salt cod "alla Livornese", or very spicy food such as Indian curry or gazpacho.

Pinot Grigio “Sot Lis Rivis”, Ronco del Gelso, Friuli, 2019

It is an opulent wine that is aged in used oak barrels to give an aromatic structure that the grape variety itself does not possess. The harvest is postponed as long as possible to take advantage of a particular characteristic of Pinot Grigio grapes, which lose water and weight if left on the vine when ripe, concentrating the fruity notes.

Made with Prugnolo Gentile and Merlot. The color is bright ruby red with hints of red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry. On the palate is dry, fresh, with persistent but silky tannins, very pleasant. Its freshness makes this wine suitable for all types of dishes. It goes well with first courses, charcuterie, semi-aged cheeses as well as certain fish dishes.
